A bathroom or balcony tap the groomer can use, and a socket for the dryer, keep the bath and blow-dry quick.

Severe matting can add time and a small surcharge, flagged on arrival and never silently. Nervous pets get a slower, treat-first pace.

What if my pet is nervous or aggressive?+
Nervous pets are common. Our groomers work at a calm pace with a treat-first approach. If your pet is genuinely aggressive, we may pause and reschedule with extra prep time. We never force a session. Add any history to the booking notes so we arrive ready.
