FurDial is the app for pet parents. Groomers use FurDial Partner, a separate app. If you groom for FurDial, your app is listed separately under the name FurDial Partner; a pet parent never needs it.

From the moment they tap "On my way" until they reach your door, you see them on the map. No calling to ask where they are.
Pay after the service, or pay now
Your choice at booking. Pay after means a UPI QR or cash when the groom is done. Pay now goes through Cashfree before the visit.
Keep the groomer you liked
After a groom, mark that groomer as a favourite. We try to send them to you whenever they cover your pincode and are available.
Your pets, saved once
Breed, age, vaccination status and the notes a groomer should read before they arrive. Rebooking takes a few taps.

You can book on the website too.
The same packages, the same prices and the same groomers are bookable at furdial.com/book without installing anything, and the website has live tracking and saved pets too. What the app adds is push notifications when your groomer is on the way and the favourite-groomer toggle. The booking itself is identical.

Stuck installing or signing in?
Sign-in is by phone number and a one-time code, the same account as the website. If a code does not arrive, or the store says the app is not available in your country, WhatsApp us and a person will sort it out.
