Yes. We only groom pets with up-to-date core vaccinations. It keeps your pet, your home, and our groomer safe. We'll ask at booking and do a quick check at arrival.

Nervous pets are common. Our groomers work at a calm pace with a treat-first approach. If your pet is genuinely aggressive, we may pause and reschedule with extra prep time. We never force a session. Add any history to the booking notes so we arrive ready.

If matting needs significant extra time, a small surcharge may apply. We'll always flag it transparently on arrival, never as a silent line item. If the matting is too severe to de-mat safely, we'll recommend a vet visit first.

Cat grooming takes about 60 minutes. Dog grooming takes 90 to 120 minutes depending on the package you pick. A basic clean is around 90 minutes; a full session with bath, conditioning, and styling is closer to 120 minutes. Each package page lists the exact duration.

Free cancellation until a groomer accepts your booking. Once a groomer accepts, the booking is committed. We never charge you for a cancellation we initiated.

You choose at booking. Pay after means your groomer shows a UPI QR at the end of the visit, or takes cash, and the payee is PETSEVA PRIVATE LIMITED, FurDial's parent company. Pay now takes you through Cashfree's secure checkout before the visit, where UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets all work.
