References to "we", "us", "our", and "FurDial" mean PETSEVA PRIVATE LIMITED. References to "you" and "your" mean the customer (the pet parent or authorised guardian).

Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, booking a service, or otherwise using FurDial, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use FurDial.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to book a service. By using FurDial you represent that you meet this requirement.

The service
FurDial connects pet parents with independent, FurDial-trained groomers who provide doorstep pet-grooming services. We currently operate only in select pincodes of Mumbai's western suburbs (see /areas). Areas are added over time based on demand.
Phase 1 service is grooming only. Walking, training, boarding, and vet consultation are listed as "coming soon" and are not available for booking.

Eligibility of pets
For everyone's safety, we groom only pets that meet all of the following:
- Up-to-date core vaccinations (rabies and species-appropriate cores)
- Generally in good health and not visibly injured or unwell
- Not currently pregnant and nursing, or as advised by your vet
- Of a species we serve (Phase 1: dogs and cats)
We may, in our reasonable judgment, decline or pause a grooming session at any time if proceeding would put the pet, groomer, or others at risk. In such cases the cancellation policy in §08 applies.

Booking & scheduling
You book a service through the FurDial website or app by selecting a package, your pet, a time slot, and your address. Once submitted, your booking is offered to a nearby groomer (the "dispatch" process).
- Minimum lead time: 60 minutes from the time of booking. This applies to both "Book Now" and "Schedule for later".
- Provider assignment: dispatched automatically based on availability and pincode. You cannot pre-select a specific groomer in Phase 1.
- Unmatched bookings: if no groomer is available, your booking is marked "unmatched". You can reschedule free of charge; any pre-paid amount is refunded (see §10).
- Outside service area: bookings outside our serviced pincodes will be politely declined. We record your pincode as demand signal for future expansion.

Pricing & taxes
Prices for each package are shown on the FurDial website and app and are quoted as one inclusive figure. All applicable taxes (GST at the prevailing rate) are included in the listed price.
Prices may change from time to time; the price applicable to your booking is the one shown at the moment you confirm it. No additional charges (platform fees, convenience fees, GST) are added on top.
A discretionary surcharge may apply for severely matted coats or pets requiring exceptional time and care. This is disclosed transparently by the groomer on arrival before any work begins — you may decline and the cancellation policy in §08 applies.

Payment
Unless explicitly noted otherwise on your booking, payment is collected after the service is complete. The groomer generates a UPI QR code on the spot; you scan it with any UPI app to pay PETSEVA PRIVATE LIMITED at the VPA petseva@kotak.
Refunds (where applicable) are processed back to the same UPI ID within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation
Our cancellation policy is dispatch-state-based, not time-based:
- Before a groomer accepts: you may cancel any booking free of charge. If you have already paid, you receive a full refund.
- After a groomer accepts: the booking is committed. Cancelling after this point is non-refundable for pre-paid bookings; post-paid bookings naturally owe nothing.
- Cancelled by us or the groomer: always a full refund for any amount paid; no charge for post-paid.

Your responsibilities
By booking with us, you agree to:
- Provide accurate booking details — pet info, address, and contact number
- Be present (or have an adult representative present) at the scheduled time and address
- Provide safe, accessible space for the groomer to work (clean water source, electrical outlet for the dryer, and a non-slip floor area roughly 2 × 2 m)
- Disclose any behavioural, medical, or vaccination concerns before the session
- Treat the groomer with respect — abusive behaviour will end the session

Pet safety & limits of our service
Our groomers are trained professionals, not veterinarians. We are careful but we cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. If your pet shows signs of distress, illness, or injury during or after grooming, please contact your veterinarian.
You are responsible for your pet's underlying health and for authorising any veterinary care that may become necessary. Costs of veterinary care are your responsibility unless they directly result from our gross negligence.

Intellectual property
"FurDial", the FurDial logo, our visual identity, our SOP documentation, our website and app are owned by PETSEVA PRIVATE LIMITED and protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use them without our written permission.

Account & access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (phone number, OTP) confidential. You agree to notify us promptly at support@furdial.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, abuse our groomers, or repeatedly cancel accepted bookings without good cause.

Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the website or app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service will meet your specific expectations.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim, or ₹5,000 — whichever is lower.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PETSEVA PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees, and groomer partners harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any third-party right.

Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app message where possible.
Continued use of the service after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
