PawCoins Terms

• A groom earns once it is completed and paid for, whichever happens later. If you have the FurDial app, it tells you when your PawCoins arrive.
• You earn 10% of what you paid for the groom, after any coupon and PawCoins, rounded down to a whole PawCoin. For example, a groom you paid ₹1,234 for earns 123 PawCoins.
• Every way of booking and paying counts: the FurDial app, furdial.com and bookings our team makes for you, paid online, by UPI or in cash.
• PawCoins belong to your FurDial account, which is your phone number. Sign in to the FurDial app with that number to see them, wherever you booked.

These do not earn PawCoins:

• dog training;
• a visit from a multi-visit grooming pack;
• a groom whose payment is refunded in full;
• a groom completed while earning is paused. We can pause earning at any time, and a groom completed before the pause still earns.

• Each PawCoin is ₹1 off a grooming booking.
• Use them in the FurDial app, with the Use PawCoins switch when you book, or ask our team to use them when they book a groom for you. PawCoins can't be used when booking on furdial.com.
• A booking takes at most 100 PawCoins for each pet on it (200 for two pets), and it can take fewer: a coupon applies first, and the app shows how many PawCoins the booking can take before you book. The rest stay in your balance.
• The PawCoins that expire soonest are used first.
• GST is included in what you pay after a coupon and PawCoins.
• We can pause using PawCoins. While it is paused, your PawCoins stay in your balance and expire on their dates.

• PawCoins expire 180 days after you earn them. The PawCoins screen in the app shows the ones that expire soon.
• PawCoins FurDial gives you, such as a gift, last 180 days from the day they are given.
• A change to how long PawCoins last applies to PawCoins earned or given after it takes effect. The ones already in your balance keep their dates.

• Cancel a booking that used PawCoins and they come back to your balance. Any that expired while the booking was waiting come back for 30 days. PawCoins from a groom that has since been refunded in full don't come back.
• If we refund a booking that used PawCoins without cancelling it, for example after a complaint about a groom, we refund the money you paid and our team adds the PawCoins back to your balance.
• If a groom that earned PawCoins is refunded in full, the PawCoins it earned are cancelled. Any of them you have already used stay used. A partial refund doesn't change them.

• PawCoins have no cash value. They can't be bought, given to anyone else or exchanged for cash.
• If you delete your FurDial account, your PawCoins are cancelled and can't be restored.
• We may correct your balance if PawCoins were added by mistake or gained by misusing FurDial.

We may change these terms, including how many PawCoins a groom earns and how long PawCoins last, and we can pause earning or using PawCoins. Each new version of these terms is published here before it takes effect. A change to how many PawCoins a groom earns applies to PawCoins earned after it takes effect, and PawCoins already in your balance keep their amounts and expiry dates. Each version has its own number; this is version 1.
